We are looking for someone who can develop a video conversion service using Amazon Web Services (Amazon SQS, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon SimpleDB) and some interfaces for viewing/adding the videos.

The following three interfaces are requested.

1. User interface for uploading video with the following fields:
- Title
- Description
- Tags (comma seperated)
- Browse for video file to upload

The file upload should allow the traditional video formats such as .avi, .mpeg, .wmv etc to be uploaded. After the file is uploaded it should always be converted to flash (.flv-extension) using AWS.

2. User interface that lists all the uploaded videos (which of course are in flv-format regardless of the original upload format). Title, description and tags are listed togheter with a “preview image” of the video clip. If you click on a video you are taken to user interface #3 (see below).

3. User interface that plays the video (and shows the title, description and tags associated with the video). JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER should be used as player. It should also list “related videos” that are based on the tags (display every video which has at least one matching tag).

Platform must be .NET (C#) and the code should be well commented and the solution documented.
