We are employing full time SEO and Internet Marketing staff.

As we are based in Singapore (GMT +8hrs), we prefer to employ from the Asia region with similar time zones. This is due to the need for quick response to instructions and ease of communication.

Job Scope
=========

SEO-related tasks (Search engine optimization)
Email marketing and copywriting
Keyword research
Link building
Pay per click campaigns
Website development and maintenance (need good knowledge of HTML)
Website optimization (monetization, Adsense placement etc)
Improve layout of existing websites
Install/configure software applications
Web 2.0 tasks (social bookmarking, Squidoo, Hubpages etc)
Blog comments, forum marketing
Video creation and submission
Writing product reviews
Article writing and submission to directories
Blogs creation (Wordpress, Blogspot)
Press release writing and submission
Drafting procedures for some of the above

Depending on your skills and experience, you may do some or all of the above. Some of the above are done using custom software, as well as online automation services.

Training materials (instructional videos, ebooks) will be provided, at our cost, as and when necessary, depending on what you need to know.

Requirements
=================

* Please state your experience in website development, HTML knowledge, website hosting (cPanel), or software application setup and maintenance (including Wordpress, Blogspot). Be as specific as possible.

* Please state the number of years of experience you have in Internet marketing.

* Please state your academic qualifications, and state the country you are based in.

* Please submit your resume or CV to support your application, if any.

* Please provide the URLs of your own websites/blogs (if any) so we know your writing style and technical experience. Those with self-hosted domains will have an advantage.

* Please state when you can start. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualities That We Look For
==========================
The work involves BOTH good technical skills (website related, HTML etc) and good writing skills (articles, reviews and blog posts). You need to be confident you can do both.

You need to be able to follow procedures, be independent and resourceful in looking for answers on the Internet if faced with an obstacle.

You need to be a fast worker and quick learner, while not compromising quality of work.

You must have an excellent command of written English, with an eye for details.

Good copywriting skills are preferred, though not mandatory.

Graphics design skills will have added advantage, though not mandatory.

Others
======

This will be for a one week “trial” period, which we will still pay you as agreed. Once proven, we will continue to engage you on a long term basis.

We expect you to be able to put in 8 hours a day, Mondays to Fridays.

As some of the projects are competitive in nature, as well as allowing you access to password-protected websites, we will require you to sign a Confidentiality
Agreement before commencing work.

At the end of each work week, you need to submit a detailed report of the tasks done.

You will not be required to work on your national holidays, so you need to furnish a list of your national holidays in advance, if you are selected.

Work location is at your home, using your own computer and Internet connection.

Salary
======

* Please bid your expected WEEKLY pay (in USD). You need to have a Paypal account (or go sign up one) so we can pay you on every Friday.

We tend to start pay on a low side, and are very generous in pay rise once proven (possibly every 3 months). We believe in fair compensation, as we are looking for long term working relationship.
