Hello

I have layered and very organized PSDs (CS2) that needs to be turned into a CSS (Not tables) SEO friendly HTML website.

There are a total of 17 pages, most of which have consistent elements such as the header, footer, backgrounds, etc.

There is a flash element that goes on the homepage (which I will provide) and that is the only place with flash.

Each of the buttons on the header have a selected state and a hover state. (Included in the PSD files)

I need this to be pixel perfect or REALLY close.

Also needs to be SEO compliant, as much text using browser fonts as possible, meta tags, header info, etc.

Need to be able to finish this asap as well. I am available all day/night to answer questions usually by email or phone!

Attached screenshots are mostly done, couple pages still need a few things but need to get this started.
