Freelance Project

The primary objective for the site is to allow company to post project for vendors to bid and allow the project discussion to be done fully online.

Basic Features

- Allow file attachments, file sharing, download and file viewings
- A discussion board for company’s project owners and selected vendor to discuss
- It doesn’t require payment transaction
- It requires a login system for project owners and vendors
- Vendor registration process has to be automated but it is only via invitation
- The project discussion is only visible between project owner and selected vendors
- The project owner will have an option to disable/enable certain files to certain vendors
- The project owner will be notified by emails with every bids, update of project progress and will be able to view the messages without login to the message board
- With every new project posted by project owner, the project owner will have the option to post it to all or only to a few selected vendors
- There will be 2 key super administrators to have access to all files and have the option to deregistered any vendors and project owners

The budget for this project aren’t alot for a fully customized solution from scratch, I am willing to accept open source solutions as long as it works.
