Create a secure program which people can download, install on their own computer and search through a Directory of Lawyers. Must only run on one computer.

DO NOT POST SPAM LISTS OF OTHER PROJECTS IN MY PMB

There is an example of the program ProcessSetup2008.exe which needs to be replaced attached to this project. Look at it to see what I want here.

Generally we need
We need to create a downloadable Directory of Canadian Lawyers which people can download and install on their own computer.

Security is very important. They must not be able to hack into the database, share the directory with others
The last version accidently let people download the new edition and overwrite the old one without paying.

This is to replace an existing directory as the programmer has disappeared

I am not a programmer so the following has to be kept very simple:
I want to be able to update the database in these directories at will by inserting a new csv file containing the latest db.
I would also like to be able to change the number of free trial runs at will

There are three variations of these directories Do the lawyers first and then modify it for the other two directories.
They are virtually the same, but with appropriate word change
1 Lawyers directory with 68,000 records nationally
The lawyers directory must be able to give access to 5 regional directories within the national.. If someone buys a region they only can access that region

2. Process Servers with 600 records

3 Bankruptcy Trustees with about 1600 records
