Zen-cart Multisite Add-on 06.07.09

We need a Zen-cart expert to finish the install of the multisite add-on. I have got to a point where it is partially working but its lost any formatting and the links are broken. This is for a new site with the latest Zen-cart code with only a few other add-ons.
