Freelance Project

I have an uploader on my site here:

That has an old style of left and top navigation. I need it changed to match the main site here:

http://www.franklindocuments.com

There are a few additional sub pages in the uploader that need modified as well but they should all be roughly the same thing and it is a grand total of maybe five-six pages that need the leftNav and top buttons copied and pasted. For whatever reason, everytime I try and add the navigation, I somehow break the script so thus posting here as it should be a super easy job for someone familiar with PHP/PERL (the script uses both from what I can tell) to just drop the navigation in without messing up the script functionality.

PMB with any questions. I need turnaround within a day of project close and programmer selection.
