Overview:
The design and html is already created for the main pages.

The purpose of this site is to have a membership site that will allow paying subscribers to pick from a library of marketing videos and then be able to send a link via email to their prospects. When the link is clicked, a dynamically generated play page would appear with the members photo, and contact information and the selected video would auto launch.

Key Functionality:
• Auto bill members monthly
• Support a two tiered affiliate program to allow members to promote the site and get a commission.

Sales page
1. Header at the top of the page with an auto launch movie under.
2. Standard text sales page with 2-3 movies laid out in the text. These movies will not auto launch, but need play pressed to view.

Member page after logging in
1. Movie library button-this will take them to the movie library area-see below
2. Add a marketing partner button. This will allow our member to add up to 5 free members on a silver membership and 10 free members on a gold membership. These free members will have their own username and pw, but will only have access to a limited number of videos. They will have a personal play page also. The member will also have the admin right to cancel any of the 5 free members and replace them with a new person. There should also be a tracking here so that our member can see the last time one of their free members logged into the system.

6. Profile editing. This will allow members to upload a photo, and add and edit all the contact information that will appear on their play page.
7. Tutorials- This is an area that will host videos and other information that will be useful for new members to learn how to use our system and how to become an affiliate
8. Affiliate marketing center-We’ll be posting content here that will help our members see the benefits of promoting our site. Content may be video, and text along with sample emails.
9. For affiliates, a tracking page that shows the numbers of both first and second level members that are currently active.

Member Movie Library
1. Show a thumb nail photo of each movie with the brief description of the movie.
2. When a member selects the movie they wish to send, they will push a button next to the movie which will provide them the unique URL they will copy, paste and send to their prospect. This URL will launch a dynamically created play page that will auto launch the selected video as well as brand the member with their photo, name, company name and contact info.
Admin functions
1. Upload video
2. Write a description for each video
3. Add new members
4. Add new affiliates
5. Track new members today, last 7 days, last 30 days, YTD and total
6. Track affiliates by highest producing affiliates
7. Track commissions earned for each affiliate through the two tier payout program. 1st level is 30% and the second level is 15%
8. Send a message to all members via email and post it in a message area in the members area

10. Affiliate marketing section. I will need to have a marketing section for the affiliates, with letters, emails and other information that would be useful in helping them promote my site.
11. Auto billing system to charge my members each month. Billing will be re-occurring monthly at $59 for a silver membership and $89 for a gold membership.
12. A feature for canceling members who call and wish to cancel or email a request rather than go into the site and cancel.
13. The unique URL that the member gets will not have the same name as the site. It will be something like www.ClickHereToWatch.com/username/someotherstuff

1. Wordpress blog where admin can talk with members and exchange ideas. Admin will have edit options to remove inappropriate comments.

Payment Functions
1. Two membership options-Silver at $59 per month and $89 for gold
2. Trial membership for two weeks for $1 that auto rolls into full membership unless canceled.
3. Member cancel feature. No refunds of partial months.
4. Member upgrade feature. To move from Silver to gold or from gold down to silver. Change takes place immediately for upgrades and for down grades, on next billing. If downgrading the membership from gold to silver, the system will need to cancel any free members over the limit of 5 for silver members.
