Fix Bug In Shopping Cart 01.12.08

I have a cube cart shopping cart and I had it moved from one server to another. Afterwards we had a lot of errors, the programmer had to go to each page and correct a link to fix the problem but we never check the admin section, i tried to add a new product to the shopping cart and it would not upload and link the new image for the product. here is the errors i get when i log into the admin section. i need this fixed ASAP.
