Freelance Project

I have a website that needs redesign. It was free so my budget is very limited. The website is www.freeyourtime.org and the changes are in the attached files. It is very simple as it only requires to remove/disable some features and add the following: 1) Search by Postal Code/Zip Code to show location of projects or professionals within a radius. 2) New payment system: Basic Membership and Premium Membership (customer will choose either and that is it) The website is set up for Paypal. I also need a basic logo using the OB in any format oB, Ob, etc.
For the postal code/zip code search please see www.runmyerrand.com. It is exactly what I need. As for the membership types there should be 2
1. Basic Memebership with the option to sign up for 3mths/6mths/12mths
2. Premium Membership (same thing as Basic but more available features)
The amount should be controlled by the admin
My budget is up to $100 and need it ASAP
