Add To User Blalance In Drupal 24.12.08

I just gave each user in my drupal project an account balance,

I would like to integrate a script that will allow users to add to thier balance.

This should be done using Paypal Data Transfer,and Paypal IPN.

I have some examples of this work written in php,

So essentially All I need is to update the users balance ,upon sucessfull yes from paypal.
