Send Sms From Website 29.10.08
I am looking for a solution to send SMS messages from our website.
1. Solution must run on Windows server
2. Solution must not be GSM based
3. Solution can use open source such as http://www.kannel.org/
4. Need to be able to send many sms messages.
5. We do not need to be able to receive messages, only send.
6. Solution must have an XML or HTTP GET interface to send messages
7. Need to be able to send messages in the US and UK
Bidders must show that they have done a project like this before in the past and demonstrate that they can solve this problem. Example sites would be a great plus.
