We recently installed QBMS for our CREloaded estore. The integration went well, and we are able to process CC orders. But, from time to time we lose the CC information and it does not get sent to QBMS for processing. These missing orders are captured in the estore and do uploaded to T-Hub. It's only a few orders each day that do not get sent/processed to QBMS. We need to fix this issue ASAP.
