Simple Iphone App 01.12.08

What would you estimate the flat fee would be to convert a simple web app done in javascript to a signed iPhone app for the App Store.

The app in theory is simple and I already have the logic in javascript. The app would just be a splash screen followed by a screen with a text field on it giving instructions for the user to tap on five playing cards on the screen. When you tap the cards they turn over to reveal the face. When you tap them again they turn face down.

Assume all the artwork was given to you.
