I need to take a PDF and make each page print twice. For example, if the original document pages are A,B,C,D,E I want to print A,A,B,B,C,C,D,D,E,E. The ideal solution will be Perl, JavaScript, or VBScript using some sort of PDF manipulation library. Assume the computer will have Acrobat Reader. I'm also willing to buy third-party tools up to $150. If third-party tools that don't require scripting are recommended, the solution should include step-by-step instructions on how to perform the document modification. If they require scripting, I'd like that script as part of the deliverable. After the initial setup, the manual steps to process a document should take no more than a minute or two and should be very easy for a non-tech-savvy person to perform. (The documents may be several hundred pages... if the actual processing take a few minutes that is okay.)
