I have a site which sits on a cpanel account under www.mydomain.com this site redirects to www.theirdomain.com/myaffiliatecode

Currently this is done with a php redirect

The cookie it sets when it gets to their site is different through the www.mydomain.com redirect than it is when its set directly by going the www.theirdomain.com/myaffiliatecode

So therefore I am losing some affiliate sales.

I need someone to look at the redirect, advise on the problem and correct it.
