I want a custom wordpress theme to show advertisment, But it should have admin system on another website to control ads in the theme, So I could use one theme for all my sites and control what ads to show instead of changing ads on each website with same theme. I will also be selling the theme at my store cashmyjunkfiles.com
I need resell rights as well.

with some extra features.

1. Centerlized ads control from another location(web based admin) instead of on same website.
2. Want location on top and bottom for large 350×250 ads, it should support adsense, ability to upload banner image and link.
3. Should have ability to control number of ads on top and bottom saprately.
4. Theme’s pages and posts should show comments and should comment forms.
5. Post or pages should have 50×50 thumbnail image from the post’s images if available or should show “No image” Image holder image.
6. Should have bottom 3 columns to whatever I wanna put as widegets.
7. Should well scripted and not take severs resources to run for high traffic website.
