Hello. I need an online video ad made. Something that I can use for the demo page on my site.I will use the same ad over just to demonstrate my ad delivery capability and just need it in different run times in terms of 10, 15, and 30 seconds

Bit rates: Greater than 2mbps
resolution (in pixels) 640x480 preferred
color depth: 32- bit
key frames: every 1 second
frame rate: at least 15 frames per second
recommended codecs for video asset submission: mpeg 2, wmv,
h.264/aac
If you also have a royalty free video that can be used for the "content" that we will use to run after, before, etc our video ad that would be great.
