New organization seeking ground up web design. Must follow our basic model for structure. Open to Corporate logo ideas. Understand there will be many, many pages included in many sub-domains.
Payment will be residual per *site* worked on.

51 sub-domains
10 + “sites” per sub-domain
Each site will host a specific service, with forums associated with every service.
sub-domains will be identical, identified only by their specific market.
[Single log in to access entire sub-domain sites a huge + but not required immediately.
(Subscription Management software must handle user level access throughout sub-domain.)]

Newsletter-email manager per sub-domain.

PayPal options for payment is preferred, however we are interested in accepting many forms of payment for services offered.

Initial marketing services for business launch is negotiable.

Would Prefer : Simple, Sleek, Casual-Professional Design. Interested in simple informative Flash page for every sub as well as “main page” that thoroughly describes every sub and services offered therein.

The Deal. Help us build 1(one) sub-domain. You will earn off of negotiated ad placement so long as your work is in our network.
For instance. Help build 10+ sites under 1 sub-domain, and earn residual advertising income from those 10+ sites. If we like your work, more sub-domains may be offered as business licenses are acquired.
Start up capital is limited, earnings will be made throughout the long term with this project. There will be no “up-front” or “on completion” payment.
