I need a current flash movie changed from streaming from a shared flash comm server to a progressive download.

It must play super smooth no hangups..or buffers.

It must not change its appearance very much from the homepage.

Must be a rated programmer. Must be able to do this in Joomla.

Small job but could lead to lots of other work for a programmer
who has a reasonable bid, and stays in communication daily.
