I am looking to compile a list of penny stocks that made large percentage gains in 2007 and 2008.

I will need this information put on in an excell spreadsheet for me.

I will need the following information
-date of promotion
-stock symbol
-high within 30 days after date of promotion and date
-low within 30 days of promotion and date

You will compile the information using the site www.stockpromoters.com this is a free site to join so please sign up so you can enter the site. Once you have entered the site you will see a button on the left side of the page called “Todays EOD Promotions” click on it. When you get to this page you will see 3 drop down boxes. One is called todays promotions and you can access data back through 2007 and 2008. The second asks how many to display- choose top 10. The next box is the sort by- choose “largest % change. After this you will go back through every day and get the report. When you click on this it will give you 10 stock from that day. You will need to take the stock symbols of the 10 from each day and put them into www.finance.yahoo.com symbol look up. Then you will see a chart on the right side of the page. Click on 1 y chart or 2y year chart depending on if you are looking at 2007 or 2008. You can scroll your curser over the chart to see the dates and prices of the stock. Please find me the High and low and record it. If the stock continued to go up after 30 days I want the highest price and date. I am only interested in stocks that went up 25% minimum.
