Script To Modify Text Data 25.11.08
I need a clearly-documented script to make a series of “cleanup” changes to a tab-delimited text file. The output will be another tab-delimited text file, with one source column removed and another new column inserted.
I am attaching two files:
TITLE_TRANSFORM_PROJECT.pdf is the project specification.
TITLE_TRANSFORM_SAMPLE_DATA.txt is a sample data set.
Bids for this project will ONLY be considered if they specifically refer to some aspect of the project requirements specified in the PDF file. In addition, please specify the programming language you would use, and the requirements to execute the program you produce.
The resulting script or program MUST run on a Windows computer; deliverables must include the documented source code, along with a compiled version of the program (if required).
