World Time Clock In Flash 05.11.08
Hello,
I would like a world clock in Flash that also shows day and date, and has a “Pick date and cities” function so people can compare timezones like this: timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
Good example of what I’m after is seen here:
poodwaddle.com/worldclock.swf (click World Time link)
Also worth a look is: timeticker.com
In addition to above, application must:
– be super easy to use/navigate
– look good!
– have a focus on Australia (most users of the app will be Australian)
– have all 8 US timezones, US cities and all other cities as seen in the PoodWaddle site such as the ones in: Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, Oceans (Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Antarctic, Arctic…), South America…
– have a way for me to easily adjust the application settings to account for daylight savings when they occur: timeanddate.com/time/dst2008.html
– be delivered with all HTML and graphics/logo so it is a finished website that can go live on an unused domain
I like the PoodWaddle example very much and would like something very similar, but better! So please don’t bid if you’re not able to design/develop better than this:

Generous bonus for good work.
Thanks!
PAYMENT: Will be made using Scriptlance escrow and as this is a large project it will be made in installments. I suggest funds be released as follows (this is negotiable):
1. when basic design and functionality is delivered (20%)
2. when design is almost complete and basic app works well and is delivered (20%)
3. when design is complete and app works near perfect and is delivered (20%)
4. when project is completed, delivered in full and working on my site (20%)
5. after 7 days of the app having run in a live environment so we can look for bugs/errors and have gotten them fixed (20%)
6. if all of the above is carried out in a prompt manner and meeting project description, bonus of at least 30% more.
Important Note: Exclusive rights/ownership of all work is required and if you don’t accept this, don’t bid.
