Freelance Project

I need a custom web template created for a tournament listing site. Details are in the attached file. I am looking for the design/layout only, I am not looking for any functionality.

I am looking for someone who is available to start immediately, so be precise in your bids as to how long these changes will take you. I will expect the project to be completed by the day you specify.

Please provide examples of previous work that you have performed in the past.

I will place payment into escrow upon start of project and release it upon completion of work. I expect the project to be completed accurately and on time.

This should be pretty easy money/feedback for someone. Please let me know if you have any questions.
