Requirements for Internet Marketing System (I.M.S.)

MEMBER’s PERSONAL MARKETING SITE:
1. Replicating Member Landing Pages to capture prospect’s name, phone number and email for each member
2. Replicating Marketing Presentation website for each member with video presentations about the trends, company, products/services, business opportunity + scrolling results of most recent website tour takers and new members who have joined + ability to view pre-enrollee genealogy tree(who has upgraded/who has not) + link to online sign up and payment
3. Fear of loss email autoresponder sequence sent out to pre-enrollees whenever someone new is added to their powerline OR whenever someone below them upgrades to a fully paid member
4. Weekly deadline for pre-enrollees to upgrade to paid members to keep that week’s upgraded members under their downline. If pre-enrollees fail to upgrade by the weekly deadline, upgraded members are pushed up above them in the preenrollee genealogy.
This is also displayed in the pre-enrollee genealogy tree.

MEMBER BACKOFFICE:
1. Member Info:
i) View/Edit Members Profile – Name, Phone, Email, Address
ii) View/Edit Billing Information – Credit Card Billing Info, Paypal account email
iii) Language Settings – English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (MUST HAVE ABILITY TO ADD FUTURE LANGUAGES)

2. Marketing Website Settings:
i) Choose Your Landing Page Template – Allows members to choose between different landing page designs
ii) Marketing Site Personal Profile – Allows members to add their own photos and do a write up about themselves or even add youtube videos.
iii) Set up custom domain – links to our own domain name registration page where members can order their own .com domains and forward it to their marketing site.

3. Contacts Manager
i) Contacts List – Allows members to view their leads + add notes about their leads + send out 1 touch follow-up prewritten/customizable emails + schedule appointments on their online calendar + view history of events + rate their leads from bad to excellent + edit their leads name, email, phone, address
ii) Hottest Prospects – System tracks activities of each lead and assigns a score to each activity, eg. Returning visitors, viewing more movies. And system will categorize them in a list of hottest prospects with highest point ranking lead on top.
iii) System notifications – system emails members whenever a lead returns to visit their marketing site with a count of the number of times the lead has revisited the site. System also notifies the member whenever a lead upgrades to a fully paid member.
iv) Email Broadcast – system allows members to broadcast emails out to their directly sponsored downlines with HTML or text based templates.
v) Export contacts – contacts list can be exported to a .CSV file.

4. Reports
i) Site Traffic report – generates a flash/text report on the number of visitors per day VS the number of site registrations VS the number of upgrades

5. Marketing Tools
i) Banners – system generated cut n paste online banners
ii) Order tools – link to online tools shopping cart to buy books, brochures, name cards etc…
iii) Ad Coop – join our advertising coop and make online monthly subscription payments

6. Training
i) Online Training Videos (Will be provided)

7. Organization Chart
i) Volumes & Genealogy – Check downline members genealogy and volume

i) Frequently asked questions and customer support ticket system
