User must verify themselves and then they can use paypal nad moneybookers to add fund otherwise they should use Libertyreserve.com and https://www.globaldigitalpay.com/ and wire transfer
Also I want a Referral program on the web site.
The Admin must can control the users, the cards, allow or suspend IPs, referral program, verify os suspent a user, check the documents that users sent(user must upload their documents to get verify) and can add cards statements for each card and it must be very user frienly.
The site must use AJAX technology .
and It must be compatible with windows servers.
